WOX Blogosphere Magazine #158
Welcome to the fascinating world of interesting reading. In this journal, I try to select posts published in the last few days that you might be interested in reading. Remember, every author wants to be noticed, so if you have time, visit a post you liked and leave your upvote or comment. It will be the best reward and encouragement.
But before I start, I'm asking you to help fulfill one family's dream of owning their own home:
News about our fundraiser for Uganda!
Now let's see what we have this time.
A Mother's Intuition
We went to the hospital three days earlier too. I felt that my son was having some asthmatic symptoms. He had the same symptoms last year during these days when wheat crops were being cut through threshers. The pollen in the spring had made his allergy worse. It was his first time being diagnosed with seasonal asthma, and this year, I was keeping a close eye on his symptoms.
Unveiling the Past - Memories of a Dark Era
From there, our conversation drifted into her memories. It struck me as very strange how all the hair salons, restaurants, and shops in a city were all state-owned, with no private initiative whatsoever. And she replied, "Well, that's just how it was!" When she explained to me that in those times, shop assistants were highly respected, I almost fell off my chair.
Rambling Out Loud
I recently watched the documentary "Robins Wish" and it was just amazing. I've always loved Robin and he'll always remain one of my all time favourite actors. He had a magnetic energy and I would have loved to of met him, as I'm sure lots of people would. It was lovely watching the documentary and listening to all the lovely things that were said about him, a wonderful tribute.
An Exciting Journey to the Phi Phi Islands
I'd like to share my adventures in Thailand with you. While in Thailand, we went on an exciting journey from Phuket Island to the Phi Phi Islands. We did this on our own, not with a tour company, using a ferry and public transport. We took a minibus to the pier and then boarded the ferry to the Phi Phi Islands. The journey takes about an hour and a half.
SKARDU - a scenic valley with blue waters (Part III)
They say Skardu is a scenic valley with blue waters. If you have just stumbled upon this post, I recommend checking out my previous ones to get a better understanding, either before or after reading this one.
Let's begin today's diary with Nala Soq as I promised in the last one.
Hua Hin🌴
Today, I want to share the story of our trip to a new city in Thailand, where we traveled over a thousand kilometers to reach. We went to Hua Hin on a massive double-decker bus. The journey took about 8-9 hours and we arrived in Hua Hin at 3 am.
Cycling Tales - Riding Down the Memory Lane
I'm instructing my now 7-year-old son on how to ride a bicycle. He got his trainer wheels removed by his own choice. But now he's scared. He's our little Sheldon Cooper who loves trivia and playing games on the couch but physical activities... He does play cricket and football but he always prefers to remain on the safe side. I got him elbow and knee pads. Let's see how is training goes...
Shopping and Style - What's New in My Wardrobe This Season
Dear friends, welcome to my blog. Today I'll share a post about shopping, showing you the new items in my wardrobe. Spring has already arrived here and soon it'll be summer. This is the perfect time to refresh your wardrobe, especially since I've cleared out a lot of stuff during the winter and decided to add some new items.
Thank you very much. I am really happy to see my post here. If it weren't for your help, I probably wouldn't have even started on Steemit. I also want to support you. I read what you wrote about wox-helpfund, but I think I didn't fully understand what I need to do.
Now you probably feel a lot of mistrust of yourself from the administrators and moderators. Don't worry, that's how it should be 😁. Unfortunately, there are more scammers than real people among new users. You will be asked various questions for some time, but if you are honest with the people here, they will trust you. You have great content, so you will quickly engage readers, which Steemit will thank you for over time.
You have the option to share rewards from your posts. Yes, some authors share part of their earnings with @wox-helpfund. This money is accumulated and then allocated for emergency medical needs of those who urgently need it. For example, for such cases.
How to share rewards? When you write a post, there is a button at the bottom "Advanced settings":
After clicking it, you will see the "Add account" button:
Click on it, add wox-helpfund and the percentage of rewards you want to share in the corresponding field:
No one can force you to share rewards, it's only your money and only your decision 🙂.
Thank you so much for explaining everything step-by-step. It's not just about mistrust; some people made me feel very unwelcome. How can someone stay where they are not wanted or loved?
I've tried everything you mentioned about wox-help, and I plan to implement it as soon as possible. Thanks again for everything.
Nothing beats the euphoria of seeing my work published in your esteemed WOX Blogosphere. And how about multiplying it by 2x...
Stumbled upon a new talent through this wonderful platform this time! Lovely selections as always.
Thank you very much for the mention!
Thank you very much for your support and efforts ❤️
