COLD ROOM

Hello, my darlings! Today I would like to confess one sin...

We sneaked into the spa zone of a five-star hotel on our trip around Italy... We just went through the main entrance, confidently walked by the reception, and rushed into changing rooms, where we put on swimming suits, took towels, and started our relaxation with no trouble!

There was this Cold Room with rocks and stones covered with snow... As we practice cold water therapy and share Iceman ideas about cold exposure, we were really excited about going in!

There also were several water jets for self hydro massage, various pools with different temperatures and depth levels. I do not regret at all breaking couple of tiny rules and spending an incredibly chilly day there!
