Q: How often do you use the Reesteem and Follow options? Share your reasons for using them.
I reesteem whenever I feel the need. Due to lack of time, I reesteem most of the contests so that in my busy schedule I don't forget to participate. Every time I open steemit, I must check my blogs.
Because of the reesteeming, I get a lot of convenience.
And further in future I think I will reesteem any post I like so that whenever I open my blogs I can re-read and share my thoughts through more comments.
Yes, the resteem (reblog) option can be very useful to keep the posts we are interested in visible, although as we use it, other older posts will be left in the background, so it will be necessary to scroll down to see them later.

For many years and at many times I can not scroll down only to up to 10 posts at max. Can be an internet connection issue (or the phone) but it is annoying.
It's strange that this happens, with my cell phone and PC I can scroll down as much as I want.

You may need to clear your device's cache and search history.
We share the same reason for using the resteem (reblog) feature. It's useful for the future need if we would want to go back to it and reread, and when I don't really have time to read at the first chance, I will resteem and get back to it later.
You forgot the second part: the Follow feature.
