It's mostly fear if risk that make people to be afraid of doing new things because the don't want to lose anything nor there comfort, The keep on repeating the same thing Everytime.
also there are people who feel like doing what others are doing the just want to be like others and the are comfortable with it because the don't want to make a difference.
