Un cordial saludo a todos los integrantes de la comunidad #steemit y del grupo. En esta
presentación les traigo un tema relacionado con nuestra permanencia en el planeta y los cambios
que hemos experimentado sus habitantes.
A cordial greeting to all members of the #steemit community and the group. In this presentation I bring you a topic related to our permanence on the planet and the changes that its inhabitants have experienced.
Muchos de los que hoy habitamos este espacio virtual, crecimos en la era de las comunicaciones, algunos nacieron junto a la radio, otros con la televisión, y un grupo más joven con la era digital.
Tales avances sin duda alguna han generado un fenómeno socio-cultural, de acuerdo a la época y
localización geográfica en la que nos ubiquemos.
Many of us who inhabit this virtual space today grew up in the communications era, some were born alongside radio, others with television, and a younger group with the digital age. Such advances have undoubtedly generated a socio-cultural phenomenon, according to the time and geographical location in which we are located.
Tal ha sido el impacto en nuestra sociedad que incluso el ámbito laboral ha cambiado
considerablemente, siendo las herramientas de trabajo fundamentales de una época, totalmente
distintas a las herramientas utilizadas en las décadas siguientes. Unos de los ejemplos más
palpables es el trabajo en el cyber espacio, el cual está al alcance de una gran cantidad de
personas en el mundo, donde por supuesto son necesarias la conexión a internet, una
computadora y ciertos conocimientos elementales.
Such has been the impact on our society that even the workplace has changed considerably, being the fundamental work tools of an era, totally different from the tools used in the following decades. One of the most palpable examples is work in cyber space, which is available to a large number of people in the world, where of course an internet connection, a computer and certain elementary knowledge are necessary.
Durante las primeras décadas del siglo pasado los medios de trabajo eran fundamentalmente
agrícola, textil, minería, construcción. La era de la televisión y la radio trajo consigo el
desplazamiento de grandes masas de personas a las grandes ciudades, todos en busca de mejores
oportunidades y calidad de vida, se dio la revolución industrial. La llegada del hombre a la luna,
con sus tecnologías fue llamada la era espacial. Pasaron años antes que la humanidad volviera a
experimentar un cambio con la presencia de los videojuegos, televisión satelital, la telefonía
celular y el internet, dando paso a la era actual de las comunicaciones y la información.
During the first decades of the last century the means of work were fundamentally agricultural, textile, mining, construction. The era of television and radio brought with it the displacement of large masses of people to large cities, all in search of better opportunities and quality of life, the industrial revolution occurred. The arrival of man on the moon, with his technologies was called the space age. Years passed before humanity experienced a change again with the presence of video games, satellite television, cell phones and the internet, ushering in the current era of communications and information.
Quien sabe que sorpresa nos tendrá el destino, lo que sí puedo decir es que mientras usemos las tecnologías y los conocimientos que tenemos a nuestro alcance el mundo será un lugar mejor
para todos los que habitamos en él, y para ello debemos usar conscientemente los recursos
disponibles, actualmente el aprendizaje es constante y cada vez hay más información a nuestro
alcance.
Who knows what a surprise destiny will have us, what I can say is that as long as we use the technologies and knowledge that we have within our reach, the world will be a better place for all of us who live in it, and for this we must consciously use resources available, currently learning is constant and there is more and more information at our fingertips.
Esta plataforma, es sin duda alguna una oportunidad para muchos de nosotros, y es el deber de cada usuario velar por el buen uso de la misma y así asegurar su permanencia en el tiempo. Es de
suponer que las investigaciones en robótica traerá consigo una nueva era, no es de dudar que el
ser humano se verá desplazado por motivos de tiempo, costos y eficiencia por las maquinas tal
cual lo hemos visto en las películas de Sci-Fi, particularmente yo tengo mis esperanzas en la
voluntad y los buenos sentimientos característicos del ser humano en los retos que nos ha puesto
el tiempo y la humanidad.
This platform is undoubtedly an opportunity for many of us, and it is the duty of each user to ensure the proper use of it and thus ensure the permanence of it over time. Presumably, robotics research will bring with it a new era, it is not to be doubted that the human being will be displaced for reasons of time, costs and efficiency by the machines as we have seen it in the Sci-Fi movies, particularly I have my hopes in the will and the good feelings characteristic of the human being in the challenges that time and humanity have placed on us.
