I miss this. The place where I used to eat this don't serve this anymore :( There is nowhere else in the city that serves pancakes like this.

I'm not sure that anyone except Russians knows this dish. But I could be wrong.
It's called...herring under a fur coat.
You see pieces of herring at the very bottom, and on top... fur coat :) The perfect snack for Russian vodka :))
