Good evening @mister-omortson I would like to enter the food contest with my nibbles photo which I took at home. I served mini pizzas, savoury palmiers and a selection of air-dried cured salami from the Cotswolds, England. From left to right you see on the chopping board sloe gin, fennel and red wine, Italian Sopressata and my favourite black truffle salami. Greetings my friend. The nibbles were very tasty, especially the slices of salami. I wish I also took photos without the hedgehog but there is always next time. Thanks for the feedback.
Nice composition and delicious food. I do love the hedgehog, but for more emotional than artistic reasons. It's adorable, @petface :D
Thank you so much @marlyncabrera I am glad that you like the cute hedgehog. It is a lovely creature which loves to come out and entertain us and our guests. Next time I will make sure though that it isn’t on all photographs.
Greetings @petface. Very nice bites in the bowls, I especially like the palm trees, I love the hedgehog. the salami on the cutting board completes the whole picture beautiful colors that totally harmonize.

Greetings @petface, Thank you for your answer, whenever I participate in a contest for me it is like a party where I go from one place to another talking, conversing and having fun with each of the participants. That's how I've always seen it and I really enjoy it, hugs from a distance.

What a beautiful photograph, I like that you highlight the ice cream and the background is blurred, beautiful pianistic hand of the model, it reminds me of my daughter as a child. Thank you for putting a smile on my face.

Yes, today I tried to achieve a nice plate for a photo with egg and tomato, it was not attractive, but it was delicious. I'll continue practicing.:-)
Thank you ever so much for awarding my food photo @mister-omortson It means a lot to me and it motivates me to keep practising and improve my photography skills. It is great to see @qwerrie getting the most of the upvotes. Congratulations to my friends @apnigrich @dianadee @birjudanak who also got shortlisted here. I have never seen anything like @mamamasha’s image which I admire for the amount of details it includes. Being featured here is encouraging for us to keep taking food images and share them. I really hope that something which I cook or just eat over the weekend will be worth entering my favourite food contest with. Cheers!
