Hi @mister-omortson and photo lovers.
Now that the summer solstice is approaching, I show the traditional festival of the islands where I live, the Balearic Islands, in which the night before June 21 all the old junk is burned and nine small bonfires are jumped, to ward off evil spirits during the summer and conjure that the wishes of good life are fulfilled.

hi! here is my entry: Shrovetide festival, или говоря по-русски, жгём Масленицу в большой семейной компании, прыгаем через костер, водим хороводы, поем песни, и конечно едим блины.... точнее, ели -- в этом году не празднуем :/
I don't know to what extent my photo here qualifies for a festival theme, but here it is:
To give you the context: currently celebrations are taking place all over the UK, and indeed in the whole Commonwealth of Nations because it's the 70th anniversary of the accession of Queen Elizabeth II on 6 February 1952. The photo you see showcases a decoration of a post box in South Manchester by a crafter of fine arts in celebration of the above event. It is not exactly a "Rock Festival", however, this multitudinous religious procession of the Catholic Church that takes place every January 14, since 1856 and that rivals in number of people with the pilgrimages of the Virgin of Guadalupe, Mexico, and the Virgin of Fatima, Portugal, is the most important event in my city. Unfortunately, as a consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic, it could not be held in 2021 and 2022.
