Every moment must be seized and enjoyed on this beautiful planet, whether it is talking with a friend, partner, family member or watching a beautiful sunset, simply enjoying life in a healthy way.
Cuando uno está despierto en consciencia, se da cuenta de las cosas hermosas, lo importante y lo irrelevante, lo que merece nuestra atención y lo que no. Comienza uno a valorar más a las personas, a la familia, pareja, nuestra propia vida, nuestra existencia en este planeta. Comenzamos a valorar lo que tenemos, la naturaleza, y a la Madre Tierra.
When one is awake in consciousness, one notices the beautiful things, the important and the irrelevant, what deserves our attention and what does not. One begins to value more people, family, partner, our own life, our existence on this planet. We begin to value what we have, nature, and Mother Earth.
También comenzamos una labor interna de agradecimiento, por estar vivo, despierto, sano, por mirar, respirar, etc. Nos damos cuenta que tenemos más cosas por la cual agradecer, que perder el tiempo quejándonos. ¿Crees que debemos agradecer por poder observar un atardecer como este, o estar en un lugar como este?
We also began an internal work of gratitude, for being alive, awake, healthy, for looking, breathing, etc. We realize that we have more to be thankful for than wasting time complaining. Do you think we should be grateful for being able to observe a sunset like this, or being in a place like this?
