Disfrutando de este hermoso atardecer en las playas de Lechería. Venezuela. Un lugar encantador con espacio abierto para mirar el atardecer en su pleno esplendor, un lugar para disfrutar y conectar con la belleza de la naturaleza, del paisaje marino y con la meditación con nuestro ser interior. Agradezco cada momento que me doy para disfrutar de estas maravillas del Planeta Tierra.

A charming place with open space to watch the sunset in its full splendor, a place to enjoy and connect with the beauty of nature, the seascape and with meditation with our inner being. I appreciate every moment that I give myself to enjoy these wonders of Planet Earth.

Debemos tomarnos nuestro tiempo para salir y conectarnos con la naturaleza, disfrutar de una hermosa puesta de sol, cada una con sus diferentes colores y energías, con un solo propósito que disfrutemos la vida, que disfrutemos de momento, todo pasa muy rápido, entonces hay que vivir cada momento con alegría y disfrute.

Como amante de la naturaleza y de la meditación, siempre me regocijo cuando puedo observar la magia del atardecer, lo bueno, la energía sanadora que nos aporta el sol, además nos ayuda a trascender las cosas, a que debemos ver las cosas con otras perspectiva más positiva, hasta ser más creativos y amoroso con uno mismo y con lo demás.

As a lover of nature and meditation, I always rejoice when I can observe the magic of the sunset, the good, the healing energy that the sun gives us, it also helps us to transcend things, that we must see things with other perspectives more positive, until being more creative and loving with oneself and with others.
