RE: Talk Channel: "Comment or ask a question"/ Comente o pregunte (week 269) in the WOX

Do you think images play an important role in posts? Do you share your own images? What quality are they?

I don't know about others but I must say the first thing that will attract me to a post is the picture. The next thing I will look for is the title of the post. For general when talking about pictures I see it as the most important key in promoting a post. Imagine someone writing a post without a single image. No matter how quality it is, to me I will not be able or might not read it to the end. Sometimes images explain more than words. I know not everyone has good camera for pictures but I think no matter how bad the camera, there's a way images can be edited and it will look nice. Apart from that image can also be downloaded in pixabay or pixel. The main thing I always look for is: what do the image have to say about the post. Sometimes am curious about something, let's assume I want to write about something but I couldn't create an image or seen the one related to the post what should I do? Leave the post with no image? I read some post where the user added even image that's is not related to the post, it very common in images downloaded online. But in my case, I will try to create it. If it not possible I will search free pictures platform. If it doesn't work then I will go for giphy. I notice that nobody is using giphy again or is it underrated?

Do you think emojis add value to posts? You use them, what is your opinion on this?

Exactly for me if I read a post in a Nigerian community I will reply or comment in the way we normally vibe especially with emojis. For example when something is funny, some people might use.......lol, hahahah, hilarious I for me I like the shining teeth which is 😂😀

Maybe some people do not like it ofcourse I notice it. And I think it depends on the community. If am chatting or reply someone from Nigeria, my comments will not lack emojis or stickers because I know what have been using it. But for others I might wait to see how the person responds and if you respond with emojis.......oh my God that means I have found my missing brother.😂😂😂

Do you know the recent updates on Steemit? How important is the use of tags for displaying content in search engines?

Is there latest apart from the one I read, someone should remind If I have miss it. The last news I got from them was about the club project which is now executed. Lastly I also read about the use of tag but I think I got that from @wakeupkitty. You know, when it comes to tag, sometimes when looking for something, you try to search it and you discovered it not available. But after that you randomly got a post explaining what you were looking for and you began to ask....why didn't I see it. Sometimes might be errors or..........hear me out. I heard that the first four tag is the most important if you added your content title in the first 4 tag, it can be searchable. Or should we try it with the 5, 6 or 7. I will give example and I want everyone to try it out. Using burnsteem25 as the 6 tag and check whether they will respond. Maybe there was a network issues when I did it. They didn't respond and since then I stopped using it.

You did your best and typed your fingers of. Nope, I am not too much into emojis in texts but I read a good entry in SEA about the mirror where they were used and in this case it did add something and it was not too disturbing.

if it comes to hashtags:
The first hashtag is the community where you post in! This means you have 4 left
If you click on a post of yours look at the address in the browser. Before it started with: steemit.com/@hive-xxxx now hive-xxx is replaced by a name. @hive-xxx did block the visibility of posts on the world wide web.

Greetings friend @mhizta

When I read that you are carried away by the cover image and the title, I thought you would receive a scolding from @wakeupkitty saying (Don't judge a book by its cover", but I see that she has been good to you. I prefer to use my own images.

Emojis are practical if you know how to use them properly, it would not be advisable to use many in a single post. In my opinion, I think they should be a complement, and not used to replace a word.

Yes, recently there was an update related to the labels, in order for Steemit content to be more visible in search engines. The changes are seen in the URL, where we will no longer see @hive-xxxx, but the name of the community.

Thank you very much for sharing on our channel.

Oh.......... Scolding? Hahahah, no am not judging or saying that a post with images cannot be quality but when it comes to m; what I like to read i think its necessary. From a little I know about @wakeupkitty she knows how to locate quality contents. And I also observed that she doesn't like much color text and so on.

Thank you for sharing your opinion.

I say nothing LOL
