well, if I join #club100, how often should I do the power-ups? is it every day after claiming the rewards? Because right now, I do it after I got 2 SBD.

#club100 means that you end up sending all your profits to SP. You don't have to do this often. Better to do a larger transaction. For example, once every 3 days or a week.
