Dal Bati Churma | Finally I ate it|My food experience

Hello Friends,

Welcome to my new post. I know you already got the idea what will you see in my today's post. For many of you just click the post to know what is Dal bati churma. Trust me this is one of the best dish I ever ate. I lived in Mumbai. which is located in Maharashtra and Dal bati churma is very popular dish in Rajasthan state. In Mumbai I search so many times for Dal bati churma but there is no best restaurant to served this beautiful dish. On Last week I surfed on Instagram and I saw one reel of restaurant Pushti Tushti and they saw their whole menu in reels and finally I saw the Dal Bati Churma. After seeing that reel I instantly search for the restaurant address and after seeing the address I can't even imagine that restaurant is located in Borivali station which is 30 minutes away from my home. Instantly I called my friends and make a plan for it on weekend.

Finally the Sunday morning I am very happy as I gone visit the restaurant and Dal bati churma I have to try from very long time. But one tragedy is happens . On Sunday morning heavy rain is started and most of the friends canceled the plan. But rain is not that much heavy so I didn't canceled the plan and around 11 :30 AM I got ready and left the house. While walking towards station I got call from my one friend and she also confirmed that she will come with me in restaurant to try Dal bati churma.

Around 12:30 PM I reached the Borivali station and also meet my friend. She also so excited to try this dish. So both of we started the map and reached the restaurant location by walking. After reached the location I firstly impress by its ambience and they provide great service. As they open the door and arranged the seat for us with gentle smile.

I checked the Menu card and give order for Dal Bati Churma with Gatte and pineapple sheera. While our order is prepared I clicked the pictures.

Finally after long wait they served us Dal Bati Churma with Gatte. While serving the dish waiter also told us the name of the every part of the dish and told us to how to eat this. Yes there is special way to eat this Dal bati churma. Firstly we have to eat with our hands and not to use any spoon. Because spoon will not give a taste of this dish.

Dal Bati churma is the set of the dish in this image you will saw the things like roasted potato but this was the wheat dough and inside that they filling the ingredients and that called as Bati. In above image you saw the right side bottom there is bowl of Gatte curry. above that they give us dal. Also they give us pickle and garlic chuttney also they provide a Churma. Churma is the sweet and fully loaded with dry fruits.

To eat dal bati churma we crushed the bati and mixed all curry into it after that we mixed churma, pickled and garlic chuttney into it. And there is first bite I ate of this mixture. There is absolute flavor bomb. On same time we feel it spicy,sweet and tangyness. I love it and while eating we also forget to click the picture and with every bite we felled into the love with this dish.

After the Dal Bati Churma there is time for our dessert. As I mentioned earlier we order for the pineapple sheera. So after we finished the Dal Bati Churma they served us pineapple sheera. On every bite of sheera we feel the pineapple taste and dry fruits. Surprisingly both the dish made our day.
