contemplation of water drops
What could be easier to restore a damaged psyche than to approach a fogged window and begin to observe the transformation of steam into water.? A few minutes of observing such processes make my nervous system as calm and healthy as this neutral water. I don't start taking pictures right away, but when my nerves are already in order.
