This is unfortunately not the case. The text from the example was only 33,760 bytes (I think the limit was around 43,000 bytes). But I have tried with a text of only 9,000 characters, and it was the same error…

It is necessary that you try publishing a tenth of its contents, and then edit to place fragment by fragment until the publication is complete.
I recommend using less content in your posts until the problem is resolved.

You can try this: post a blank blog, with the title, and then open and edit it, to eliminate the issue ... of course, if it is really the post length's is the issue. At least try this.
