I have an idea for a game that I want to develop and use in a contest on Steemit. What advice do you have for me, not regarding coding, but on how to manage the contest and promote it to attract many people?
I like the idea of you creating a game - I wrote a game for Steemit once but my code was shit so it became unmaintainable and I gave up 🙂
You don't have to share your idea if you don't want to - is the game "purely" on Steemit or will you host it elsewhere and leverage Steem's blockchain technology?
In the short term, I want to construct a Telegram game bot with a word-guessing logic that users would find interesting and engaging. The top three winners will get incentives. Additionally, I aim to conduct a contest based on the same word that was predicted as the topic.
In the long term, I’m thinking about building a mobile app for Android and iOS that is blockchain-based. The idea is currently being explored, notably around ways to combine blockchain with the gameplay, such as prizes and NFTs. The app will offer several daily games, such as:
Word guessing
Mystery deduction game
Guess the nation based on its form
or , I may creating card games, comparable to other primary blockchain-based games.
