I'm compiling a list of Witnesses that offer some form of direct or indirect rewards to their voters. Steem is a DPoS chain but I can't tell why the Delegate/Voter relationship is different here than all other DPoS chain out there. So, I'm trying to put up a list of those Witnesses doing it right.
