RE: Steem-Power-August-Promotion
Greetings friends
First of all, I congratulate you for such an interesting initiative. I have read two publications and where a link appears for more information, it refers to the same content.
Personally (and I think it is due to a poor translation into Spanish) I do not understand the "How?" part of the process. It is true that you refer me to the bot and that I can open a session with Steemkeychain, but when I get to the delegation page, it overwhelms me because I do not understand (are not all Stemians up to date with the terms?)
When I got here, I honestly do not know what to do, is this a test or is it the application as such? Could you explain, (for dummies) how much I should pay to rent?
cc: @xpilar @steem.botto
Hello , The first is How Much SP you required , The second is Number of Days you require it for , the third is how much total steem you will pay for it , once you pay the steem it will be listed on the market for delegators to lease delegations
Thanks for answering my friends, but your answer is not very clear to me.
Sorry if my question is stupid. How do I know how much "total steem" I have to pay for delegation?
Where do I do those calculations?
Hi @joslud
You should calculate an interest rate of at least 14% APR (1 year)
Below 14%, it is difficult that anyone will rent out Steem Power
The higher the APR you want to give in interest, the easier it is for someone to delegate to you.
Example
You can do the math like this:
Rent 1000 SP x 14.60% = 146 Steem
146 Steem : 12 months = 12 steem
So the rental price for 1000 Steem Power is then 12 steem for a month (that is, 4 weeks)
But it is the market that determines prices
There is no fix amount, the amount you pay is your decision, if delegators like it, they'll take it. More higher offering, better
