Hmmm...living without electricity sucks! Living without running water is not as bad but troubling at times. Even native peoples living as hunter gatherers, or little villages try to make things pleasing to the eye or a habitation. There's the totem pole. Bead work for special occasions, a feather for an accomplishment, carvings into bows, staves, spears, knives, an intricate bridal for the horse, paintings of symbols, dances...a joy, recognition of life. Music, instruments, songs, and stories. All of that not so far in the past and most likely soon to come.
