I do love pizza but I get scared of eating it because I noticed it makes me add some weight, so I decided to abstain from it, all the pizzas I have eating are so good but I don’t have the balls to try them again because my health is very precious ahahhahahaha nice shots by the way. So sorry about your nephews illness i am wishing him a quick recovery.

I still have some left-over pizza and it will be my breakfast this morning, I will just take some phosphate binder to counteract its after-effects. These foods can harm my body if I will not manage food consumption but it is ok to have them once in a while.

My problem is how to add weight and it has been an issue for me right from the start because the problem of losing weight is a hallmark symptom of a person with a brewing Kidney disease up to being a dialysis patient, at least in my case so I am still seeking ways to add more mass to my body.

Anyway, my young Nephew is OK now. I guess that their parents got alarmed after seeing him having a fever so they rushed him to the hospital, later it was confirmed that it was not a Dengue fever.

I really don’t know what Phosphate binder looks like, please pizza isn’t so good for the body, but like you said it something you can eat ones in a long while. In terms of adding weight I think you will need food high in proteins and also increase your calorie intake for the day, but most of all build muscles 💪 through exercise, push-ups squats etc. my chest has developed because I do push-ups every morning when I wake up. I started small but now I can do 50 push ups in a roll.

Calcium Carbonate is a Phosphate binder, if my phosphorus levels gets high, it will exacerbate my hyperparathyroidism and it will weaken my already weak bones.

Yes I needed calories and protein but I cannot do exercises because it will only strain my weak joints and I am much susceptible to injury rather than getting benefits from exercises. However I am getting improvements with my bones because of what I do with my daily diet and eating habits but gaining weight is still a problem that I cannot do anything about.
