Creativity with the kids 👩🏻‍🎨👧🏻👦🏻

I made these woollen balls using a technique of soap and strands of wool, mixing the colours together and rolling until they are beautifully round like marbles. The green one looks like a Brussels sprout.

I have been doing art & craft classes again recently, which gives me ideas for sharing with my children. My daughter 👧🏻 is particularly keen to create things and is also learning to write. We have foam letters for her to spell words in the bath.

Being creative or listening to a talking book or music is great for mindfulness in between the stresses of work and the excitement of Christmas for the kids 🎄❄️
