Feet Wet - Digital Art Competition 7
"Feet Wet" is a US Military term that pilots use to convey to air traffic controllers that their aircraft is now flying over water.
Three United States Army UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters doing a training night mission in an undisclosed location.

Added fuselages of military helicopters.
Added tail blades.
Added main and tail rotors...and gave them motion spin.
Added M134 Miniguns.

Added a Water/Island Environment.

In Summary:
- I start out with a template.
- Added parts, color and texture as needed.
- I either can embed the template into the background or wrap the environment around the template, then add lighting and camera settings, like depth of field.
- Rendering time took about an hour.
