Meet Fazal Qadir: A Journey of Struggle and Hope

Hey let's meet @fazal-qadir , a boy from a poor village. When he was just 4 years old,he moved to the city with his father. His father worked as government service (I will not mention the department).

Early School Days: The Naughty Boy

After one year in the strange city , he got admission to school. The school was walking distance from his home . He went to school with his younger sister. His sister was three years younger. Fazal still remembered the bread and jam which he daily brought to school prepared by his mother. Fazal was a very naughty student, he mostly fought with his classmates . Eat other student lunchbox. Everytime the teachers punished him for failing test or misbehaving. On every weekend his father was invited to the headmistress office. Miss talat always questioned him why are not you like her . she is very hardworking, talented and polite. Be like her. But fazal couldn't understand what she wants from him . Maybe his willing power was weak or getting knowledge was a slow process for him.

A New City, A New Start

After passing 5th class, Fazal moved to another city. He went to school in a van everyday. His sister also got admission in a very well standard school of the area. Fazal also got admission to a very reputable school. Fazal mostly liked sports . He always thought about new things. Making friends and teasing around. One day his father discovered that fazal was not paying attention in his study so his father decided to change his school. He admitted him to another school, now fazal was in 9th class. Where he totally changed. Now fazal decided to achieve higher marks in his class. One day there was a math test in his class, and fazal achieved highest marks in his class. Even he beat the topper of the class. Everyone was surprised and started saying this new student in town would compete with the topper of the school. But who knows that fazal is very weak in biology.

The Board Exams: A Lucky Break

When the board exam was near, the roll number of fazal was just behind the school topper. He was already jealous of fazal. He was not helping him in biology papar. The examiner come to fazal and ask why you are so upset, he said I don't know anything about biology subject. The examiner said to the topper help him in this paper. That was a lucky day for fazal . He passed the exam with a good marks. Fazal was selected in cricket team when he was in 10th class. They won the zonal,inter zonal and than board competition. That was the best moments of fazal in his life.

The Golden Years: Sports and Struggles

Fazal got admission to Rawalpindi college.
In college fazal kept his old habits playing games. Here in college he prepared to play football and selected as a captain of football team. Fazal was average in study but best was in sports. Here in college the qualified to the final. But they lost the final because of his illness, he couldn't participate in final. But as he was skilled player he was selected for higher games. But his father refused and tell him not to join this type of event. Which upset fazal but he understood the father concern.

University Life: Ups and Downs

After college he got admission in university..and you guys already knew that fazal was not fond of studys he loved to play games. Here in university he prepare to play cricket again. And selected as captain of his engineering department and won the trophy for his team . One day some students gather and demand to reduce the tuition fee, they wanted to start a rally to protest against the university department. The rally was held inside the university for one hour only. Fazal was not part of them . He was just there as a class mate . The university nominated a committee to investigate the case. They called everybody for investigation.They called fazal as well just for asking questions like,who was organizing the rally. Fazal simply said there was more that 20 people and he didn't know their names.The other's said the opposite They all were sold. The committee decided to suspend fazal and one other guy. And fined them 20 thousand rupees. Fazal tired to lower the charges but all effect were not working for him. His father came to school pay the fine and he punished fazal for this mistake. Which was definitely not done by him.
After graduation,Fazal got admission to another university for his master's degree, here he was very bored due to studying. One day he saw on notice board there was a football trials was held. He jumped to the ground for trials and got selected at first attempt. Even the captain appreciate him due to his strong body and skills. He selected him in his senior team. In this university he won departmental competition. Also got two time runner-up all Pakistan intra university competition. He passed his Ms theoretical portion but failed to pass the thesis portion. So he upset and left the Ms degree.

The Internship and Unfair Treatment

After university, in few months he got internship in a private company. He worked there as field engineer . Fazal had to visit home to home ,office to office , department to department covered all cities of Rawalpindi. Even in hot summer in Ramzan he visits and complete his task ..which was not a easy task , but he done it effectively. The painful thing was that, after that difficult project completion that company didn't give him job. Which is totally unfair with him. They give all credit to the manager who never visit any place . All work done completed by fazal single handedly.

Back to the Village: A New Chapter

It's took almost more than 35 years . Fazal father got retirement..fazal moved back to his village from where he shifted 30 years ago.
Here in village fazal started private teaching. Salary here in private school was very low. Fazal taught effectively and make a name here . He was know as best mathematic teacher in town. After 3 years of teaching he selected as Government teacher which was looks like a relief for him and for his family.

Fazal life was not easy. The price of everything was rising day by day. A journey of struggle , failure, and hope in face of anxiety and self-doubt.

The passage was so long. Maybe it will get you bored. I will wrote few more events for now I skipped it.
