Hello everyone, how are you doing today?
It is another time to tell a story based on the digital art drawn by @xpilar. It is a story about space, a place in space where no one really knows but exists and this place in space makes all your dreams come true. I hope you enjoy the story;

My story begins with a failed mission to space. Five (5) astronauts lost their way on an expedition to survey a disturbance in space. Their mission was based on the fact that the disturbance created another dimension which was different from the rest, maybe a new planet or not, they needed to find out.

Their exciting and important mission was soon cut short when they encountered technical difficulty on their way to space, their transmission was broken. There was no way to call home, or call for help. Their spaceship crashed and they were stranded in the middle of nowhere on a deserted path.

After a few days of waiting for help they knew would not come, I guess they were simply waiting for death to find them first. As time went by, a few days turned into a few weeks, they were running out of food and most importantly, they were running out of oxygen.

With their ordeal becoming worse every passing day, two (2) of the astronaut decided to take a walk away from the spaceship, others chose to stay. They reasoned it was their last walk, because they never knew what was out there, and they might never return. It was just a simple survey walk, maybe they might find help. They made use of some of their last oxygen in the ship.

They walked very far from the ship, and for several days they found nothing but void. Just when they were at the brink of giving up, they stumbled upon a place that was looking so weird from afar, but with nothing to lose they approached the place. It was sort of a habitable region, best of; they could breathe within the region. It was filled with oxygen. They were so relieved and happy, it was so much more like a home to them. They found trees bearing fruit, animals for spots and lots more surprise. It was a place that gave them hopes, and comfort in the midst of their despair. A place in space full of so many surprises.
