Thaw. Part 1

in WORLD OF XPILAR17 days ago

Everything is cyclical in nature and a thaw at the beginning of winter is not uncommon. Three years ago, at about the same time, there was a warming to positive temperatures. And I remember perfectly well how I tried to reflect this natural phenomenon in a reportage way.

Back then, I was just diving into all these creative waves, and it was something new and exciting for me.

And now I know exactly what needs to be done and I'm doing what needs to be done.

Although it's still fascinating and interesting for me, and I'm still learning something.

In photography, as in any other business, you need to learn the basics, memorize them and work them out to automatism.

That's why there are different courses, schools, and learning as a process in general.

If there are rules in a photo essay: general plan, close-up, targeted, movement, climax, etc., then you need to learn them, put them in your subconscious and just shoot.

I don't even have to remember them and think, it just happens by itself.

Let me remind you again: there is a selection in my posts, but not for publication on social networks, where a maximum of ten pictures can fit into a post.

Here I show much more, almost the whole way, the whole process of finding a frame, a plot.

The blog usually contains the pictures that I would choose for publication, that is, the selection is at the penultimate stage.

Of all these photos, at the last stage of the selection, 9-10 frames are obtained as a result.

I'm not showing any passing shots, takes, or technical shots.

The thaw is good because there is a haze and the plots become more atmospheric and softer.

In the usual cloudy winter weather, it is as boring as possible.

Turn on the snowfall, blizzard, frost, sun or frost already up there.

I'm bored!

To be continued...
