Dugouts in Titovskoye

Titovskoye is a village in the Sokolsky district of the Vologda region, Vorobyovskoye rural settlement. The village of Vorobyovo is 5 km from the center of the rural settlement.

Not so long ago, I was in a remote village of the Chekshinsky bush, across the Shorega River, and I was as uncomfortable as possible there.

At first, the beaver scared me when I was crossing the bridge, the trees were rustling from the wind, and in general the atmosphere is not so good when you are alone on a winter night in a semi-abandoned village.

Titovskoye falls under all the previous parameters: far away, almost no one lives, night, river, beaver.

But for some reason, I felt comfortable and cozy in this place.

Maybe it was because the moon was shining brightly, though through a haze, but it made the landscape a little brighter.

The cellars in Titovskoye are located on the steep bank of the Dvinitsa River. Vorobyovo is visible in the distance.

Some are similar to northern barns, as they are made of logs.

And there were light pillars and a moon halo – it turned out to be a magical night!
