You wouldn't believe how often I have this reaction and as for the apologies... "Oh, I'm so sorry, I'll try not to do it again" is a response I often receive.
Yes, that's right. try not to do it again as if there's some etheral force making them copy somebody else's content. Are you kidding me??

That is weird that people decide to deceive, like children in nursery, who just learn the world. But the users are all adults. So long they are not caught they will do so. It is sad but the reality of Internet and being behind the screen and not face to face.
