It will be very difficult to raise the money for a house.
The family lives on the hill. There is no real road there. All the material has to be carried up and for that you need people, who of course have to be paid.
We will see. We've already done so much in the last few years, we'll definitely help the family.
Maybe work out a budget for a new house and see where it goes.
A couple of houses have already been built through Steem in the past...
We have already had a few experiences with building a house in Uganda and everything has always worked out quite well.
But Bosco lives about 100 km away from Promise's family.
He first has to take a boat across the lake and then a motorcycle cab. That costs time and money.
At the moment it is not possible to make a reasonable cost estimate, so we are first looking at how much money we have and whether we can even think about building a house.
Bosco would then have to organize everything.
It's a different district, so everything is much more complicated.
And you can't imagine a distance of 100 km like in Europe.
The roads are bad, often slippery when it rains.
Everything takes a long time.
Hopefully a solution can be found.
