On doing the management for football clubs like Real Madrid and Manchester United; Getting the close relationships and getting quality at all the stages as the club is facing the challenges!
You know, everyone should have an opinions about any organization, and what are the contributions and the missions and the philosophy about the doings that people are facing, and the customers and the vendors and «the five forces» should know that the leaders are properly humans with education and research efforts and that they deserve trust to manage all the easy and complicated problems and issues from the one day to the next day, and you know the most important factor with a football club is having enough quality on the training efforts and the ways that the players are playing the ball, and the better the players are, the more potential we have for doing properly works with sales, marketing, branding, strategy, information and economics. And you know, today it is not the question of having the competence, but to do the tasks in sensible and smart and intelligent ways to the expiration days that we have, and there should be enough revenues of many kinds in the clubs to cover the costs and the salaries of the players, and we should all be stars with being engaged with many football clubs, and personally I have been asked to be in Manchester for Manchester United, but we should watch the matches in the present and in the future, and maybe we can do something important works for the football clubs in the future that is coming. But what are the most important factors with football clubs like Real Madrid and Manchester United?
Well, there are several of them, and often one can change anything if it is not the best of all conceivable things, and there are always myriads of things to be done, and we often start in the boards, the management and among the coach and the players, and the relations should first be of the best kinds, and nobody should hate each other. And the next thing is about having a philosophy and a strategy about how the psychology and the challenges of different kinds should be solved, and there should be the best patterns and systems to play within, and the players should use their best adaptation techniques to copy the strategies of the opposition, and in the next way they should do the football moves and philosophy of playing even better than the team on the other side, and we must not have too much talking, and too much philosophy that is nonsense, because we should be filled with pleasure and utility of how we are developing ourselves as players, and how the players should play a better game next time, and all the moves in Real Madrid and in Manchester United are on the high and precise level, and when preparing for a new match we should watch the ways that the opposition is playing with, and we should make better moves and patterns to play as good as possible, and the players should be excellent and with good abilities and capabilities for reading and managing the game, and for making as many goals as possible in the match, and making the foot you are playing with as good as possible is about how interaction leads to success, and that the game is a play where we are doing results together as a living team. You know, it is just not about making copies as we can do with the research reports, but it is a question of using the restricted time to make quality on the fields, and we should do the matches even better than any history is telling us, and we are doing these things with freedom, diversity and precision, and you know sport is often about the conceivable psychology and the training programs we have for making the success that we want in the short run, the middle-long run and in the long run.
You know, do not ask what the country can do for you, but ask what you can do for the country! And that is lovely and good advice from earlier US President John F. Kennedy, and life is filled with multiplexity with some social connections, and sometimes the football clubs are doing the things at the field too complicated, and we need to achieve the best results in the shortest time as possible with an easy philosophy, and you know, the leadership should be engaged with using their education and learning and productivity in the life, and the coach should have tried Harvard, Yale, MIT, Stanford, Oxford and Cambridge, and multiple choice as exams are not being the best choice of developing and finding and using the competence as you have it, and we are developing ourselves in the life, and we should ignore and forget bad situations and develop excellent ones!
