Here is my Watercolour Fashion Painting - "Woman in Evening Dress" - Step by Step

Hope you like my original design and art. Really enjoyed the art process too :)

Below are the Reeves paints and steps that I took to reach the painting at the top of the page.

Love the combination of blue, lilac and brick red.

1st Step

Used a 2B pencil first to sketch the figure.
The hair was created with more water, to give a light bouncy look. Filled in the skin colour of arms and face.

2nd step

Painted the blue and lilac dress with a wet brush, so that the colours would mingle and spread.

3rd step

Outlined the figure with fine liner art pen and also finished the face with it too.

Added my initials with pencil DCA Diana Carol Abrahamson, which is me :)

Credit - My own fashion watercolour painting and original design. Used 300 Gsm A4 - da capo -rough texture (feltmarked)
