My ears just rang like I overdosed in Aspirin
There is this constant ringing of my ear, well I am not surprised because I am a long-term dialysis patient and is currently having a problem with my bone and unfortunately our ears have a bone component to make it work and let us hear things, waves of sounds so we can function normally and communicate and deal with our surroundings.
My Tinnitus, that is what it is called, developed over the years, one of the first experience that I had with it is during a case of a very bad headache. It is because I am already sick then and I basically got tired of the pain so I took so much aspirin in one go. Well I got overdosed so my ears rang for hours until my system got ride of the Aspirin. Such a bad mistake but you can't really blame me because I am in so much pain from that headache that I actually wanted to kill myself by ingesting a mouthful of Aspirin tablets which was given by our neighbor in one large bottle from my godmother living in the USA.
When we also get high fevers, our ears rings too. I mean I can hear it although it was that too long time ago ever since I had a fever or flu for that matter. Thanks to the vitamin C that I am regularly taking, it helps me ward-off flu and cold viruses. I also recommend everyone to take vitamin C regularly because it helps us to heal wounds much faster and also it protects us from colds and flu and possibly other more viruses out there.
Well of course we have to be well-nourished so that our bodies will have the resources to function well and fight invading external elements like a simple dust can turn us to develop Pneumonia if our immune system is not working well. Think of it like you are a car and you needed a specific type of fuel and engine oil because if you need a gasoline and you are fed with diesel much less oil with water, then you will be sure that you will develop engine problems leading to seizing. For humans, if we just keep on eating the wrong foods all the time, then diseases will develop even in the medium term depending on what we eat.
My body being this feeble and literally weak, much less ugly and seemingly no hope to survive, yet I am still chugging along thanks be to God. I had been a dialysis patient for about 23 years now but I am still surviving. Maybe because of what I eat, I do not eat so much and I do not eat processed foods. Now I must stop eating this popcorn caramel that my mother is always buying for me to eat because it has additives. My mother would buy me things that I previously ate and now I am noticing that she always buys me this popcorn snack. I really have to get strict on my diet because my excretory system is not working anymore, I am only reliant on a machine to take-out extra fluids and toxins from my body and it has been like that more than a score years ago.
The imbalances in my body like the calcium being low all the time and the Phosphorus not checked and being high just REKT my bones slowly until I became more weak and body changes happened because the bones themselves got affected slowly until it all changed parabolically literally. I am just making sense of what is happening in my ear with this torturous ringing and it is getting worse. That is why I have to have some source of white noise although I do not like noisy environment which is why I am torn between living in a silent place and this current living setting where we live beside the road.
I assume that there is no medicine for tinnitus so I have to just deal with it until the end because after all, one of the head nurse said in one instance that dialysis patients to get problems with their hearing. But I am trying to help and manage my bone issues and I am basically doing well because of what I did through the mercy and love of God to my Leontiasis condition in basically reversing it and halting its progression. But maybe I just slowed it down and that my ears or hearing will still degrade with this Tinnitus condition but I am just trusting God for what he can do for me.
