A viand that makes you live longer and with a sharp mind

I do believe that a great factor for one's longevity is through their diet because in my own opinion and observation given the fact as well that I haven't been born yesterday that what people put inside their mouths, i.e. consuming foods and drinks (although some can be put via other means like I.V. nutrients and or drugs/medicine) plays a great role about their physical and mental well-being and how their body will be in a particular state in the medium and long-term run.
I said that because I did some great difference in my diet from taking Moringa capsules, vitamin K2 MK-7, and now with using Ketoanalogues because of my low protein diet where I just want to supplement on a readily and easily absorbed Amino acids so that it can help me build resistance and keep my current state of health to either stay that way or improve with regards to gaining more mass which I hope that will help me replace fluid in my lungs with real body mass either with extra fats or even better, muscles. That is for using Keto analogues alone while the other first two is for making me well-nourished enough to gain more improvements to my bone and hopefully other viral infections in my body.
Yes I have viral liver disease and I am not seeking treatment because I do not want to yet for the reason that my financial state for dealing with it is not that substantial enough. But I have a hope in my heart that I can prolong my liver with just taking vitamin C. I now am using the regular vitamin C because I just want to use the big bottle of Kirkland brand that I bought a few months ago. I thought that my parent's supply had ran-out already but upon learning from my mother, they still have some tablets left but might get some again from this new bottle of 500 tablets that I am using now.
In my own opinion, vitamin C has a curative effects particularly in higher doses because it protects the body's cells from oxidation and other things that can harm it like viruses. That is why I had the idea of using this particular vitamin indefinitely considering that I was using it for more than two decades already.
I regret not using vitamin C where I was younger but of course, I am still young and naivete about many things, maybe until now for a lot of things but from when I was younger I do not know that vitamin C can protect us for ever catching cold, you know? that sickness that gives us stuffy nose and then sleepless nights because of congestive nasal passages?
I never had any cold ever since I was taking vitamin C even with doses like 1/4 of a 500 mg tablet because in those years I am broke enough not to afford a bottle of vitamin C which in those former years is just costing 90 PHP which is why any dose more than maybe 125 mg per day is so much better than relying on food sources where if you eat more of fruits sources for example will give you diabetes because of course, even fruits are high in sugars and we still have to control its consumption.
Animal fast is also a great factor about our modern diets for the reason that heart attack is the number one killer of people globally and why, the answer is below our noses, its our diet, considering that most of people eats "three square meals" a day and that I do believe contributes to the excess factor that makes our body's arteries develop blockages that could very well lead to coronary heart diseases leading to high blood pressure, stroke, and finally heart attack.
Food and drinks with high sugar content of course would lead to diabetes and most people would fail to control it until it is too late as this sinister health issues will give the body lots of complications like heart disease, lung complications, vision impairment leading to vision loss, kidney damage leading to dialysis which also will make the body develop more complications not to mention that nerve damages in limbs that will and can result in amputations.
Only people with certain awareness and maybe situations in life can avoid these lifestyle-related health issues because a degree of changes can put us in a very good situation long-term if we do it because the factors are there and all we have to do is to make the first step and adhere to it because otherwise it will be us that will suffer with some more possibility of sharing our health misfortune with our lovedones that usually will be in the front line in taking care if us once we get sick if we do the proactive approach in dealing with sickness right before it happens to us.
One great case of a lifestyle change was done by my brother who got diagnosed with a blockage on his heart. He was scheduled to do this stent operation to widen that coronary artery on his heart that became clogged because of his unrestricted diet, but upon looking at his heart at the operating table, the surgeon saw that there isn't anymore blockage in that area of his coronary artery so the stent operation didn't proceed.
Prior to that supposed stent procedure, my brother did the one meal a day dieting together with some restrictions in food consumption. Well, the effect is more than satisfactory as he already lost weight plus it dramatically cleared the coronary artery with its blockage that resulted in cancelling the stent procedure.
So because of witnessing this, it cemented in my mind that if we just make some changes in the way we consume food and do some other necessary lifestyle improvements and changes including exercises which that brother of mine also did together with his OMAD diet, we can have more possibility of living longer than the average. The key things are our diet plus exercise if it is possible and it will pay us for having a much stronger and healthy body and mind.
The dish pictured above is what we typically eat in this house, fish stewed in tomatoes with some ginger. My mother doesn't like to eat meat and when she does she just get the soup and the vegetables as she doesn't like to eat the meat because she doesn't like the taste. As for my case, I would like to eat as much meat but I am just worried as always about the protein by-products accumulating in my body and in turn makes me feel sick and it feels that I am punished everytime I eat normally, so I just have to make necessary changes which I discussed earlier.
Well anyway, my mother's way of eating or diet had contributed about her longevity because people of her age are slower, both in mind and movements. Again, it pays to have a rather better diet, low fat, high in omega fatty acids (fish oils), and high in fiber. It is also better of we do some vitamin C supplementation so that our body's cell will have protection from certain diseases, common illnesses like flue and colds, and maybe certain cancers, maybe hopefully liver cancer too.
