Life is today, tomorrow does not exist, it is on its way, maybe we are, maybe not. While we exist there is a constant evolution, and the brain is a dynamo that we must program so that our actions today are good, and as a consequence, if we are alive tomorrow, the light shines on our amdar.

This is very true. Practicing life in the present moment is a joy while I exist in relative good health. There is a huge gray area in the land of what is considered “good”. What is amdar?
