It turns out that you should not send prizes less than 2000 PUSS, they will simply hang between networks.
Probably, you should create a cumulative system of prize payments and pay when the minimum amount for the transaction is collected.
I'm not the one sending out the prizes, it's ABB Team and I think they're transferred through the tron network, not Poloniex.
So the limit is probably only for withdrawals on Poloniex, I transferred to you from my private puss wallet
I don't understand the specifics of networks very well, but something tells me that the external and internal limits for transferring funds are the same :)
