Outer shell
There is one catchphrase that says that the inner content is important not the outer shell.
As a rule this applies to people and their perception of other people whom God created in complete harmony between the inner and the outer but sometimes, people do not understand this harmony.
But today we will not talk about people but about another outer shell which is no less important than the inner restraint and this is the shell for some products that we want to serve at the holiday table.
This is the case when it is better to take care of this in the summer when many products are available in the garden and in the store, because in the winter before the holidays the outer shell of cabbage rolls or stuffed bell peppers will cost more than the inner filling of these peppers.
But you also need to think about the supply of grape leaves and coltsfoot for making dalma which you need to try to find.
The outer shell is also important for pies because the taste of the pie depends largely on what kind of dough the shell is made from.
I always want to see a ruddy shashlik and grilled vegetables on the table the outer shell in the form of a top layer of meat and vegetables sealed in the heat should please the eye and preserve all the juices inside the products.
But here you can overdo it or rush.
In the first case the products will burn, and in the second case the meat may not be fried inside here you need to catch that moment of harmony when the outer and inner contents converge in the golden mean but it does not always work out that way.
