We need to think carefully about this issue and find new solutions. The community should give its members not only the opportunity to earn money, but also something else of value, which is not outside the community.
I don't know what it could be. But people are social beings. They need social status, interesting communication, recognition of their personality and uniqueness. This is where questions of psychology begin to work. Support, approval, condemnation, recognition of merit, mutual assistance and others are all strong social levers. Since we are a social platform, we need to think about how we can use them most effectively.

It's a good idea, but a big goal to reach for most people

With this, of course, it is more difficult. I set myself this goal. But if there is no good support, then this goal is practically unattainable. Even my attempts to play on the stock exchange (and there are even successful ones) do not solve this issue.
