Earth's Daughter - Watercolour painting| Hija de la Tierra - Pintura de acuarela (Eng-Esp)

I was in search for a reference figure from which I could inspire a beautiful watercolour painting, which should have the potential to be like a sensational item.
After a long search in the browser finally I found it here
Then from it I made a painting that making me feels like I did something beautiful.

• Estaba buscando una figura de referencia a partir de la cual pudiera inspirar una hermosa pintura de acuarela, que debería tener el potencial de ser como un artículo sensacional. Después de una larga búsqueda en el navegador finalmente lo encontré aquí Luego hice una pintura que me hizo sentir como si hubiera hecho algo hermoso.

After finishing this painting, which took me almost 3 hours, I got a feeling that it is not that bad working on same painting even if the medium is watercolours, it will hell us to get more perfection.

• Después de terminar esta pintura, que me tomó casi 3 horas, tuve la sensación de que no está tan mal trabajar en la misma pintura, incluso si el medio son las acuarelas, nos va a costar conseguir más perfección.

At the beginning I fixed the paper on a board with masking tape and made basic sketch with an Hb. Then I started wetting the paper surface with water, as I was going to use wet on wet method. Then I started applying light colours on the wet paper-first the background then to the human subjet.Then I went to build the leaf session. I needed a dark background for that. But in watercolour it was difficult to start with dark background. So I continued with light tone first. My plan was to fill the gaps which shows the background with darker colour at the end. With a little luck in my side I finished the dark background and light foreground without any hard marks. Then I did some detailing which lead me to the finish.

Al principio fijé el papel en un tablero con cinta adhesiva y realicé un boceto básico con un Hb. Luego comencé a mojar la superficie del papel con agua, ya que iba a usar el método húmedo sobre húmedo. Luego comencé a aplicar colores claros sobre el papel húmedo, primero el fondo y luego al sujeto humano. Luego fui a construir la sesión de hojas. Necesitaba un fondo oscuro para eso. Pero en acuarela era difícil empezar con un fondo oscuro. Entonces continué con un tono ligero primero. Mi plan era llenar los huecos que muestran el fondo con un color más oscuro al final. Con un poco de suerte de mi lado, terminé el fondo oscuro y el primer plano claro sin marcas duras. Luego hice algunos detalles que me llevaron a la meta.
