Is life really black and white or a mixture of white and a little bit of black: Grey.

You know what does that mean?

I think life is not about we have a phase of happiness in one period of time(when we will be happy all the time)
followed by phase of sadness(when we cry all the time).

It is a mixture of both of these in this moment. We have hardships but we also have ease, which we ignore because we are so focused on the negative.

Surely, with hardship there is an ease
