A Church (PowerUp 100%)

This is the Banderjori Mission Church. It is situated in Dumka and has a huge campus. The church is surrounded by greenery and the campus also has a school, hostel, studio and some quarters. The church building is used by the NELC and the SMNC.
It always feels peaceful here. It gets crowded only on Sundays and festivals. People from foreign countries come here often for works related to music and preaching.
Like most of the churches, it also is very tall and spacious. The church was founded in 1868 by Hans Peter Beresen and Lars Olsen Scraffsrud. An NELC missionary Paul Olaf Bodding invented the Santali Latin alphabet that is still used by the people.
