Anatomy and function of hematopoietic organs : The student correctly detailed the anatomy and function of the hematopoietic organs, however she also tried to mention the anatomical location of the liver and spleen. Hematopoyesis Medular vs Hematopoyesis Extramedular : The student has describes the difference between both. Doctor, you explained very well that extramedullary hematopoiesis is generally considered pathological when the bone marrow cannot produce blood cells. This can occur in diseases like leukemia, which is a cancer of the blood primarily affecting the bone marrow.

Make a Diagram & Explain :The student correctly make the hematopoiesis diagram, highlighting the action of the bone marrow in the production of lymphoid and myeloid lines when they are required (in case of lack of erythrocytes, lymphocytes or NK cells). You also mentioned that stem cell as the proginator of all cells. Great job , you provided detailing each of the steps of hematopoiesis, thus adding the functionality of the Stem Cell as the progenitor of all the others.

Clinical Case : You have mentioned the fracture of femur with respect to bleeding. However you missed to mention EPO. EPO is a stimulating factor. You explained very well about Femur rupture and kidney problems. You also mention that It is important factor in the generation of Erthrocytes(speaking of bleeding as such).
