WEEKLY CONTEST WEEK 5 - Healthy Game - Day 3 - (Let's Keep Our Heart Healthy)
I'm so glad this contest got to me. Because I followed this page and I read every single one of the posts and then I found something interesting here. Heart disease is the deadliest disease in the world and my country (Indonesia) is at the top of the list (no. 1) of the dead from heart disease.
We live in modern times, where we want to be all about everything, to get anywhere near us, we would rather use a motorcycle than walk, plus food, we would rather eat fast food because we want to be fast and practical. Few know, however, that fast food contains very high calories and fat. If consumed excessively, this type of food can quickly put on weight. People who consume fast food are highly susceptible to obesity.
Moreover, high levels of fat in fast food can also cause increased cholesterol in the blood. This contributes to the risk of heart disease.
And contaminated air caused by cigarette smoke, industrial and vehicular smoke causes heart disease to rise fatally and rapidly.
Did you know that heart disease is also often referred to as cardiovascular disease and according to the who (world health organization) data, 17.9 million people in the world die every year from cardiovascular disease, and that is because of blood clotting.
There is no need for us to be overly anxious, though, since all sicknesses have a cure. The main thing to take care of is the immune system. The durability of the human body is affected by a variety of factors, including nutrition intake from food, as well as a few categories of foods that keep your body going,
1. Foods that are rich in vitamin C The flavor of verywell health, the antioxidant nutrition contained in vitamin C, has been shown to help boost the body's durability. This is what you met on
- orange
- strawberries.
- kiwi.
If you lazy eat it straight, you can make it into juice.
2. Foods that are rich in vitamin E To increase your natural intake of vitamin E, consume the following foods:
- almonds.
- sunflower seeds.
3. A full intake of carotenoids. Carotenoids are antioxidants that give a natural pigment or pigment to a number of plants.
- carrot.
- cabbages.
- papaya.
In addition to food you should maintain the balance of microbiota (sinna channel), vaccination, physical activity, hygiene, and adequate daily sleep.
In addition to food, you should maintain the balance of microbiota (sinna channel), vaccination, physical activity, hygiene, and adequate daily sleep. For those of you who are experiencing heart disease, this should be a reference to your recovery. After all, about what? Causes heart disease, so we need to focus on the pattern of healthy living by both regular exercise and cardiovascular exercise. Here's a video reference from youtube:
In addition to exercise, I'd like to share some foods that can cure your heart disease. Indeed, coronary heart disease can be prevented by healthy lifestyles and traditional remedies. Here's a natural cardiogram that can be tried:
1. Mangosteen peel
If you eat mangoesteen, do not remove the bark, because the bark of the Mangosteen contains xanthone, and it activates antioxidants that prevent free radicals. Free radical substances can create vessels and trigger blockage deposits. Xanthones in the skin of the Mangosteen, which are two types of alpha and gamma Mangosteen, can help treat a range of heart diseases.
2. Green tea
Green tea contains vitamin k content that reduces blood pressure and cures for heart disease. Green tea is also believed to cause weight loss and to prevent cholesterol.
3. Leaf of soursop
The Soursop leaves are validator that can widen the blood clot that is clogged. A simple way to make a remedy from natural ingredients is by using a sourced leaf, prepare 5 leaves and boil them in boiling water, wait until the water changes colors. After changing the color of a natural herb from a soursop leaf, it can be consumed instantly in warmth.
May the friends of # health republic watch over your health and always be given health by god.
