I hope that whatever you have in mind will work out but you will also invest a bit of time in socializing and enjoying being outside. Time passes by fast and work is not everything, I worked for many years 60-80 hours per week for two employers next to my own business and I can't say it was worth it.
I don't know when later will come and if it will come at all but it's a fact that today is later as well. Don't forget to enjoy life.
I go out to have fun on some occasions, but I spend more time working. I have a project, buying an apartment and putting it up for rent. Passive income is an excellent business.
That indeed sounds like a good plan. I hope you will take care of the repairments as a landlord. 👍
I've already thought about this. There are rental offices that take care of this. I have to hand over the apartment in perfect condition and they take care of the rest. When I'm 30, if I'm alive, I want to have a more peaceful life than I have now. Passive income will help me.
