I believe this tendency one can see everywhere, like we have often in UK, that during day time many young people just around and we also often think how people get their living financed. In UK there is very good social system also if someone has children then it is even more support they have, like they do not pay for council tax and they receive child benefit. On one hand I understand and support it on other hand there are many who use the system. The same with income tax, people try to work less and earn on limit of annual salary so that they do not pay taxes. That also means work less hours, that is why here more people having free time.
