THE BEST FOOD POST ✨📣/ We went to the famous restaurant specializing in back ribs!^^
The day before yesterday, I had a drinking appointment in Suwon in the evening. The place to gather is a restaurant that the site manager visited, and it was famous for grilled back ribs. We ordered back ribs seasoned with salt, teriyaki sauce, and spicy sauce. Since it comes out as a pre-grilled dish, we were able to cut it and cook it a little more and eat it right away.
Due to the lack of meat, we ordered additional smoked pork belly. And we also ordered 'kimchi cheonggukjang(fast-fermented bean paste soup)', which is famous for the meal at the restaurant. Smoked pork belly had a good unique scent and salty taste, and the stew was very delicious when rolled rice and boiled it down and ate it.
