PHOTO TIME✨📣 / I don't think I slept well last night.
Yesterday I came back home late after drinking too much. I fell asleep like I was fall down, but I think my sleep pattern is not good. It's a daze morning because I can't get rid of my tiredness. I'm glad I didn't go to work today.
1.Sleep score
The sleep time was short and I couldn't sleep deeply, so my sleep score was 17 points lower than yesterday. In particular, it seems that the main reason was the change in heart rate during sleep because I drank a lot.
2.Energy score
The energy score, which is calculated as the sum of all physical activity scores, is 66, down 18 points from yesterday. Sleep is as important a factor as physical exercise, which reflects the decline in my sleep score.
