Ten photographs of my city (Natural Beauty of My Village)
I hope everyone is well by God's grace. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I'm going to participate in the "My Town in Ten Pics" contest organized by @steem-for-future. So let's get started. |

First of all, I would like to thank @steem-for-future sir for organizing such a beautiful contest. Today I will share 10 pictures of my village. My village is Raghunathpur which is under Parbatipur police station of Dinajpur district of Bangladesh. The beauty of rural Bengal is unique and cannot be described. Today I am going to present 10 beautiful pictures of my village. And I am inviting @ulfatulrahmah, @josepha and @chant to participate in the My Town in Ten Pics competition.
First, I shared a picture of mustard flowers in a mustard field in my village. In rural Bengal, wherever you look in winter, there is only yellow and yellow. Seeing a yellow mustard field brings life to the eyes. Similarly, there are many such mustard fields in our village, which I often capture with my camera with their beautiful pictures. Similarly, today I went to the mustard field in the afternoon and took this picture. I did not edit the picture in any way. I focused on the mustard flowers in the picture and the background has become slightly blurred due to the close-up. I hope you like it.
The second picture is a macro photography. In the winter morning, green grass, flowers, everything has dewdrops on it, which I like very much. There are three dewdrops on the leaves of the rice plant. And to capture this beautiful moment, I woke up early in the morning and went outside with my mobile phone. Then I took a picture of the dewdrops on the leaves of the rice plant with a focus. I zoomed in on this picture 3X and edited it using iPhone editing tools. I hope you like it.
The field seen in the 3rd picture is the school field of our village. A huge field with light clouds in the sky and under the clouds, coconut trees on this side of the field. A wonderful scene. There is a primary school and a high school in our village. And these two schools have a huge field together. Several types of games can be played together in this huge field. However, there is some kind of game played in this school field every afternoon. I took this picture with my mobile's ultra-wide camera and used iPhone editing tools. I hope you like it.
This is the high school of our village. Although the name of our village is Raghunathpur, the name of the market and the name of the high school are Jamir Hat High School. A person named Jamir donated land to the market and the school, so the school and the market are named after him. This high school in our area was established in 1969. My father, elder brother and I also studied from this school. I have many memories associated with this school. I took the picture in normal mode and did not edit it in any way.
This picture shows a scene of rice threshing. It is currently winter in Bangladesh. And a few days ago, people have harvested rice and brought it home. In the picture, my elder brother is threshing rice. In the village area, rice was previously threshed by hand on a wooden board, but now there are much more advanced rice threshing machines available. The picture shows a scene of rice threshing, which I took in portrait mode and did not edit the picture in any way. I hope you like it.
The above picture is a picture of a mustard field in our village. Such mustard fields are often seen in rural Bengal. We also have a lot of mustard fields in our village. I want to get lost in the yellow color of mustard flowers again and again. That's why I go to the mustard field at least once a day to enjoy its beauty. I took this picture above in the afternoon a few days ago. I took the picture in normal mode and edited it using iPhone editing tools. I hope you like it.
This is the primary school of our village. The name of this school is Raghunathpur Government Primary School. At one time, my father was the headmaster of this school and I was a student of this school at that time. This traditional school was established in 1919. Currently, several new buildings have been built. Children from several villages around our village study in this school. I took the picture of our school in normal mode and did not edit the picture in any way. I hope you like it.
This is a scene of young children in our village playing cricket. When we were children, we also used to make a field on such land and play cricket and football. Now the children in our village play. Watching them play reminds me of my childhood. I remember that childhood. In that childhood, there was no turning back, there were no obstacles. If I could get that childhood back, how wonderful it would be. I took this picture a few days ago from a field in our village in normal mode and did not edit it in any way. I hope you like it.
The above picture is a natural scene of our village. I took this picture from the road. The picture shows mustard fields, potal fields and many potato fields in the distance. Due to which the combination of green and yellow is seen which is really extraordinary. Seeing such a natural scene in rural Bengal makes one feel alive. I zoomed in on the picture 0.8X and lightly edited the picture using iPhone editing tools. I hope you like this natural scene of our village.
This is the only Shaheed Minar in our village. It was established in 2010 in the grounds of Raghunathpur Government Primary School to honor the martyrs. When this Shaheed Minar was established, my father was the headmaster of the said primary school and I was a 2nd grade student at that time. Every year on February 21st, teachers and students of the two schools, as well as the people of the village, pay homage to the martyrs by placing flowers at this Shaheed Minar. I took the picture yesterday from my mobile and did not edit the picture in any way. I hope you like it.
So friends, this was my post for today. I hope you liked it. You will look at mistakes with forgiveness. Everyone will be well and healthy. |
