Ciao a tutti!

Sono dovuto andare a Piombino per una questione urgente (semmai poi ve ne parlerò meglio) qualche giorno fa - in realtà d'ora in poi dovrò andarci tutti i giorni - e durante il ritorno ho deciso insieme a mia madre di fare un salto a Baratti, praticamente di strada venendo da Livorno.

C'era un bel vento fresco, poca gente a fare il bagno e tante onde.
Il gioco a ventaglio che creavano le onde sulla battigia era meraviglioso, estendendosi per oltre 2-3 metri.
Mi rendo conto che i miei post sono praticamente pieni di mare mare mare, sebbene io non sia neanche il più patito di esso. Ossia: lo amo ma tollero poco stare al sole ed avere caldo.

Però la bellezza del mare è qualcosa di folgorante e immediato. È un ritmo, la terra che respira e si lava, è natura buona e cattiva.

Da piccolo quando chiudevo gli occhi mi sentivo come di galleggiare sul filo dell'acqua, concentrandomi arrivavo anche a sentire il suono delle onde. Crescendo ho perso il privilegio immediato di questa sensazione, ma se mi lascio andare piano piano riesco a recuperarla. Il letto allora si trasforma in un mare calmo, ed io non sono uno sdraiato sul letto ma uno che galleggia a gatta morta nel mare.

È una bella sensazione. Ti trasporta via dal tran tran di tutti i giorni. Certo non è un bel bagno in mare, ma questo era scontato.

Forse in qualche modo si tratta di una forma di meditazione, che ho spesso praticato del tutto inconsapevolmente.
Questi ultimi giorni sono stati molto frenetici - non mancherò di raccontarvi le novità - mi sa proprio che appena torno a casa proverò a sdraiarmi e vedere se tornerò ad avere la grazia del mare per qualche istantr, magari quello di Baratti o dell'isola d'Elba, nonostante la giornata uggiosa ed il tempo scialbo (per domani sono previsti temporali).

Hello everybody!

I had to go to Piombino for an urgent matter (if anything, then I'll talk about it better) a few days ago - actually from now on I will have to go there every day - and on the way back I decided with my mother to go to Baratti , practically by road coming from Livorno.

There was a nice cool wind, few people swimming and lots of waves.
The fan play that the waves created on the shoreline was wonderful, extending over 2-3 meters.
I realize that my posts are practically full of sea sea sea, although I'm not even the most addicted to it. That is: I love him but I tolerate little being in the sun and being hot.

But the beauty of the sea is something dazzling and immediate. It is a rhythm, the earth that breathes and washes, it is good and bad nature.

As a child when I closed my eyes I felt like I was floating on the edge of the water, concentrating I could even hear the sound of the waves. Growing up I lost the immediate privilege of this sensation, but if I let myself go slowly I can recover it. The bed then turns into a calm sea, and I am not one lying on the bed but one who floats like a dead cat in the sea.
It's a good feeling. It takes you away from the daily grind. Of course it is not a nice swim in the sea, but this was taken for granted.

Perhaps somehow it is a form of meditation, which I have often practiced completely unconsciously.
These last few days have been very hectic - I will not fail to tell you the news - I really know that as soon as I get home I will try to lie down and see if I will return to have the grace of the sea for a few moments, perhaps that of Baratti or the island of Elba, despite the gloomy day and dull weather (thunderstorms are expected for tomorrow).
