THE INVISIBILITY OF GOD
they say that in His mouth the flower blooms
others claim: His invisibility is only apparent
but I never touched God in this fish scale
where we might comprehend all the oceans
I never had a vision of His kind hand
what is certain is that sometimes we die thin to the bone
without support and without God
only a very beautiful face appears, ethereal
in the vast insomnia that isolated us from the world
and smiles, saying it loved us a few times
but it is not the face of God
nor yours
nor that other one
that for years remained absent
and time revealed was not mine.
