Some of the outside food is eaten in hotels or restaurants, and some food is sold in small shops on the side of the road or in front of various markets, most of the food is fast food, including chatpati, fuchka, jhal muri, these foods are more, sometimes more different types of food are available in these small shops and on the side of the road, some foods are very tasty but not healthy.

Today I found such a dish, this dish is prepared every afternoon in our market, I have never seen this dish prepared in our market before, I saw the dish being prepared in Sirajganj city a long time ago, the dish looks very attractive, and the method of preparing this dish is very beautiful, I really liked the food and the method of preparing the dish, so I bought two for my children.

You call it fried potatoes, the potato is cut into rounds using a machine and fried in oil in a pan, before throwing the potato, the potato is coated with various spices, the potato is cut into pieces and fried in oil, the long round potato fries looked very good, because it was the first in our area, many people are standing in line to buy this fried potato.

Since this potato fry is the first of its kind in our market, the price is a little high. A long potato fry costs 30 taka, although it costs 10 taka to make one potato fry. After buying two potato fries and returning home, when I give them to my two children, they are very happy and eat them with great pleasure. I also ate some of them, I liked them.
