Some images, taken in the home garden, the one which is expertly managed by my partner's son, he is now absent from home, he has gone on holiday and is out, rightly, on holiday, after a year spent in the kitchen I really think he deserves it, we stayed here, especially me, because my partner also had to go to Tuscany to provide some sort of psychological assistance to a relative who has undergone a recent operation...

Spring and summer are definitely the main seasons for a vegetable garden, as there are so many crops that can actually be grown, during the cold season the choice is much more limited, you cannot range too much and it is often almost obligatory, in the images I attach it is a radicchio, a salad with a particularly intense and bitter taste, which lends itself to different interpretations in the kitchen, we have collected two, tomorrow we will study something in this regard, I say we will study but essentially I am the person who limits myself a lot to eating while the creative phase hardly belongs to me...

The 2nd image, the one you see just above, instead portrays the garden as it is at this precise moment, various greens and vegetables have already been removed to be consumed, others still remain, even if I am not now saying that the hot season is upon us because it is not yet true in the most categorical way, but there are already some small thoughts about the now imminent spring, although there are still some tails of winter, starting from an expected lowering of the temperatures for the next few days and also the possibility of a few centimeters of snow falling in the internal areas above such an altitude, which in any case should not last too long because the days are rapidly getting longer and the cold period at night is increasingly shortened, I am definitely happy that during the winter the snow has never visited us, beautiful, for goodness sake, but far from me, I can see it well on TV, in the high mountains, it is a concept that occasionally returns in my posts, but it is pure truth, I really think so...

Qualche immagine, scattata nell'orto di casa, quello che viene sapientemente gestito dal figlio della mia compagna, adesso è assente da casa, è andato in ferie ed è fuori, giustamente, in vacanza, dopo un anno passato sui fornelli penso proprio che se lo meriti, noi siamo rimasti qua, soprattutto io, perché anche la mia compagna è dovuta andare in Toscana per fare una sorta di assistenza psicologica a un parente che ha subito un fresco intervento...

Decisamente la primavera e l'estate sono le stagioni principi per un orto, in quanto le coltivazioni che si possono effettivamente fare sono davvero tantissime, durante la stagione fredda la scelta è molto più limitata, non si può spaziare più di tanto e spesso è quasi obbligata, nelle immagini che allego è un radicchio, un'insalata dal gusto particolarmente intenso e amarognolo, che si presta a diverse interpretazioni in cucina, ne abbiamo raccolti due, domani qualcosa studieremo a tal riguardo, dico studieremo ma sostanzialmente io sono la persona che si limita molto a mangiare mentre la fase creativa difficilmente mi appartiene...

La 2° immagine, quella che vedete poco sopra, ritrae invece l'orto così come si trova in questo preciso momento, diverse verdute e ortaggi sono già stati asportati per essere consumati, altri ne rimangono ancora, anche se ormai non dico che la stagione calda è alle porte perché non è ancora vero nella maniera più categorica, ma già qualche piccolo pensiero alla ormai imminente primavera c'è, seppur qualche coda d'inverno c'è ancora, a incominciare da un previsto abbassamento delle temperature per le prossime giornate e pure la possibilità della caduta, nelle zone interne sopra una tale altitudine, di qualche centimetro di neve, che non dovrebbe in ogni caso durare più di tanto perché le giornate si stanno rapidamente allungando e il periodo freddo notturno è sempre più accorciato, sono decisamente contento che durante l'inverno la neve non ci abbia mai fatto visita, bella, per carità, ma lontano da me, la vedo bene in TV, in alta montagna, è un concetto che ogni tanto ritorna nei miei post, ma è pura verità, io la penso proprio così...
